Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead and expand our Government and Corporate business vertical in the Construction Equipment sector . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing strategic business from government departments, PSUs, and large corporate clients. You will drive growth through tenders, rate contracts, project-based sales, and relationship building with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities in government departments (PWD, NHAI, municipalities, etc.), PSUs, and corporate sectors. Develop strategic partnerships and alliances with EPC contractors and infrastructure firms. Tender & Bidding Process: Analyze and respond to government tenders, RFQs, and RFPs. Coordinate documentation, pricing strategy, and compliance in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relations with procurement heads, government officials, and senior executives. Handle negotiations, techno-commercial discussions, and post-sale engagement. Marketing & Promotion: Plan and execute corporate presentations, roadshows, product demos, and exhibitions targeting institutional buyers. Position the brand effectively in large-scale infrastructure and government segments. Sales & Target Achievement: Achieve assigned business volume and revenue targets through direct and channel-driven institutional sales. Provide accurate sales forecasts, competitor insights, and market trends. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a small team handling institutional or key account sales. Collaborate closely with product, service, and finance teams for smooth execution. Key Requirements: Education: B.E./B.Tech /MBA (Marketing) preferred. Experience: 8–12 years of proven experience in B2G / B2B / Institutional sales in Construction Equipment, Heavy Machinery, or Automotive sectors. Skills: Deep understanding of tendering processes and government procurement policies (GeM, CPP Portal, etc.). Strong network in government departments and infra companies. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to handle high-value sales cycles with a consultative approach. Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements.
