Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Creative Content Development – Copywriting, campaign ideation, and storytelling.

• Campaign Management – End-to-end execution, performance tracking, and ROI

optimization.

• Market Research & Competitor Analysis – Trend identification and strategy refinement.

• Budget Management – Efficient allocation to maximize ROI.

• Collaboration & Leadership – Cross-functional team coordination and stakeholder

management.

• Data-Driven Decision Making – Campaign performance analysis and reporting.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

• SEO & Digital Marketing – SEO strategies, lead generation, campaign management,

organic traffic growth.

• Content Creation – Blogs, social media posts, posters, videos, SEO-optimized content.

• Outdoor Marketing – Event management, campus engagement activities, offline

promotions.

• AI Tools – Proficiency in AI tools for marketing and content creation.

• Communication & Leadership – Stakeholder management, team coordination, and

interpersonal skills.

• Analytical & Reporting Skills – Data-driven decision-making, performance tracking, MIS

reporting.

• Preferred Background: Experience in EdTech and college admissions is a strong

advantage.
