Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager based in Bengaluru. The Marketing Manager will lead marketing strategies, execute campaigns, and oversee brand management to drive business growth. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, managing digital and offline advertising efforts, work with cross functional team and oversee sales to develop and implement marketing initiatives. Additionally, the role involves budgeting, reporting, and ensuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, and Social Media Strategy
• Experience with Branding, Content Creation, and Copywriting
• Ability to analyze Market Research, Customer Insights, and Competitor Data
• Strong skills in Event Planning, Partner Collaboration, and Vendor Management
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of marketing analytics tools and familiarity with CRM systems
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Experience in the real estate or construction industry is an advantage
