Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director’s Assistant, based in Hyderabad. The Director’s Assistant will play a key role in supporting executive operations within a fast-paced real estate environment. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating high-level meetings, conducting market and project-related research, and facilitating communication between internal departments such as sales, marketing, legal, architecture, and construction.

The role may also involve assisting with project documentation, reviewing real estate and architectural reports, coordinating with project teams, preparing presentations, tracking project progress, and supporting financial planning activities. A strong understanding of real estate operations, customer expectations, and project workflow will be highly valuable.

Qualifications

  • Background or experience in real estate, architecture, construction, or property development is strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical and research skills, especially for real estate market studies, competitor analysis, and project evaluations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients, vendors, investors, and internal teams
  • Experience with budgeting, cost tracking, and basic financial management
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in office software, including tools for scheduling, documentation, reporting, and presentations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience as an executive assistant, project coordinator, or similar role in the real estate industry is an advantage
