Job Title: Marketing Manager – CRGO & Transformer Components Industry 📍 Location: Mumbai 🏢 Industry: Electrical Steel / Transformer Components Manufacturing 🔧 Company Overview We are a leading manufacturer of CRGO lamination sheets, copper components, and transformer parts , catering to clients in the power and electrical transformer manufacturing industry. With a strong focus on quality and precision, our goal is to supply superior materials that enhance energy efficiency and transformer performance. 🎯 Job Summary The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive growth, generate leads, and build brand awareness in the CRGO lamination and transformer components sector. The role involves close coordination with sales, production, and R&D teams to position the company's products competitively in the market. Key Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Metallurgy) + MBA in Marketing preferred. Experience: 8–10 years in industrial marketing, with specific exposure to CRGO laminations, copper components, or transformer parts. Technical Understanding: Strong knowledge of CRGO materials, transformer core construction, and associated components. 🛠 Key Responsibilities Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market analysis for CRGO sheets, copper components, and transformer parts. Track industry trends, pricing, and competitor activities. Strategy Development: Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to expand into new geographies and segments (OEMs, transformer manufacturers, EPC contractors, utilities). Define and manage marketing budgets aligned with strategic goals. Brand Management: Build a strong industry presence through digital platforms, trade fairs, exhibitions (e.g., ELECRAMA), and technical seminars. Create and manage product brochures, data sheets, and technical catalogs. Lead Generation & Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted campaigns for lead generation. Manage CRM tools to track customer engagement and follow-ups. Customer Engagement: Coordinate customer visits, product presentations, and after-sales feedback to improve service quality. Understand client technical requirements and coordinate with engineering teams for customized solutions.
