Role Description:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role leads the marketing team in executing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, content marketing, events, and traditional advertising. The Marketing Manager collaborates with sales, product development, and external agencies to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. Key responsibilities include market research, competitive analysis, budgeting, performance tracking, and optimizing marketing efforts based on data insights. The ideal candidate is strategic, creative, and results-oriented, with strong leadership and communication skills. They are adept at managing cross-functional projects and driving innovation to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and data analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategy
  • Budget management experience and ability to optimize marketing spend for ROI
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with agencies and external partners to deliver integrated marketing solutions
