We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and manage the lottery business across Mumbai and Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing region-specific marketing strategies, managing retail counter networks, driving ticket sales, and ensuring compliance with government regulations. This role demands strong market knowledge, field experience, and the ability to work closely with distributors, retailers, and promotional partners. Roles and Responsibilities Regional Marketing Execution Develop and execute targeted marketing plans tailored to urban and rural segments across Mumbai and Maharashtra. Adapt strategies for metros (digitally influenced) and rural areas (traditional media focus). Localize messaging in Marathi and Hindi for stronger regional connect. Market Insights & Analytics Leverage market research and sales data to identify high-performing zones and customer preferences. Track sales by draw type and region to identify growth opportunities. Analyse customer behaviour and benchmark competitors to sharpen positioning. Seasonal & Cultural Campaigns Drive ticket sales through culturally relevant and time-sensitive campaigns. Plan festive promotions (e.g., Diwali, Ganesh Chaturthi, Gudipawda) to capture peak spending periods. Promote bumper draws with high-visibility teasers, countdowns, and cross-channel engagement. Target high-traffic sales days with counter-level incentives. Multi-Channel Campaign Rollout Implement integrated retail and outreach strategies. Activate POS counters with branded display kits. Deploy mobile van campaigns in smaller towns for reach and awareness. Support with SMS, WhatsApp, and local influencer-driven digital buzz. Retailer Empowerment & Incentives Boost retail performance through engagement and training. Run contests, reward programs, and sales leaderboards. Equip retailers with selling tools and persuasive customer scripts. Performance Monitoring :- Set clear KPIs and track campaign impact across districts. Analyse results based on sales data, feedback, and on-ground observations. Refine strategies continuously for better ROI and market response. Retail Channel Management Supervise and support a network of lottery retailers, agents, and counters across urban and rural areas. Ensure proper branding, visibility, and POS marketing materials are available at retail locations. Conduct regular field visits to assess counter performance and customer interaction. Promotions & Activations Plan and execute ground-level promotional activities such as banner campaigns, point-of-sale activations, and jackpot awareness drives.
