Marketing Manager

Role: Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager

• Visit customer sites regularly to understand requirements and identify new opportunities
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on business leads
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
• Stay in touch with customers for new requirements and project updates
• Develop and execute marketing strategies (online & offline) to promote our products and services
• Collaborate with sales & technical teams to convert leads into successful projects
• Support sales team with presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral
• Track competitors, pricing strategies, and market trends, and provide feedback to management
• Meet or exceed sales targets & revenue goals
• Provide technical support during the Pre-sales & post-sales stage
• Strong understanding of automation equipment.
• Achieve sales revenue targets and monitor the accuracy, timeliness of proposals and solutions.

Desired Profile / Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 1 to 3 years (Executive) or 10 years and above (Manager) experience in B2B / industrial/technical product marketing & sales
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel frequently to customer sites across India
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in building client relationships
• Familiarity with industrial automation or engineering solutions is a plus
