Role Purpose
Lead UClean's marketing function end-to-end from brand strategy to growth execution. Build a consistent, trusted, and aspirational brand while driving measurable acquisition across both franchise partners and B2C customers. Act as the brand custodian and growth engine in a fast-paced, multi-city, franchise-led business.
Strong and consistent brand presence across all channels and markets
Increased consumer demand with sustainable CAC, repeat usage, and high review scores
Robust franchise marketing engine delivering qualified leads and signings per quarter
Clear ROI measurement across ATL, BTL, digital, and local store campaigns
Faster store launch ramp-up with strong brand visibility from day one
Define and drive UClean's brand positioning, voice, and identity across all touchpoints
Build a high-quality editorial calendar (reels, posts, content series, PR, founder thought-leadership)
Safeguard brand consistency across website, app, packaging, stores, and partner communication
Plan and execute integrated campaigns across Meta, Google, and offline activations
Develop local marketing playbooks: catchment mapping, housing society tie-ups, gyms, corporates
Manage loyalty programs, referrals, and consumer engagement to maximize LTV
Lead PR outreach, influencer partnerships, and category storytelling
Build UClean's thought-leadership presence across industry forums and digital channels
Track and report weekly dashboards on spend, ROI, and performance
Own marketing budgets across ATL, BTL, and digital; manage agencies and vendors
Deploy marketing automation, CRM, and cohort analysis for smarter campaigns
Experience in laundry, hyperlocal, or home services categories
Strong PR, influencer, and franchise consultant networks
Familiarity with HubSpot/Zoho CRM, WhatsApp Business, Looker Studio
Exposure to GCC/Africa markets
