Job Description

Marketing Manager

This is a strategic role requiring a balance of creative vision, execution excellence, and data-driven decision-making.

Develop and implement a 360-degree marketing calendar aligned with business goals and OEM brand strategy.
Own end-to-end campaign execution – from ideation to performance review.
Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Auto Portals).
Optimize cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), and lead-to-sale conversion ratios.
Oversee website, SEO, content, and social media presence.
Drive brand visibility through ATL (print, outdoor, radio), BTL (activations, test-drive events), and TTL (integrated digital+offline) campaigns.
Ensure all brand communication complies with OEM standards and maintains premium positioning.
Design and execute campaigns for new car sales, pre-owned vehicles, and aftersales.
Work closely with CRM teams to enhance prospect nurturing and customer retention.
Organize customer engagement events, experiential drives, car launches, and retail activations.
Partner with agencies for planning and seamless execution of high-touchpoint brand experiences
Track KPIs including leads, ROI, conversion, traffic, engagement, and campaign reach.
Present regular performance dashboards to management and OEM teams
Plan, allocate, and monitor marketing budgets.
Liaise with agencies, creative partners, and vendors for campaigns and deliverables.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive or luxury/Hotel Industry marketing.
Strong knowledge of digital tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM systems, Analytics).
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Passion for automobiles, branding, and customer experience
