Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Consultant at our Visakhapatnam location, you will play a crucial role in engaging with customers to understand their vehicle needs. Your responsibilities will include providing detailed information and demonstrations of BMW vehicles, ensuring a high level of product knowledge, and guiding customers through the entire sales process to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales processes. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze the sales area and market potential - Schedule and perform follow-up after the initial contact - Conduct need analysis for customers - Systematically present the vehicle while creating a clear customer connection - Assist customers in experiencing the vehicle with all five senses - Organize test drives with need-based vehicles - Configure the car tailored to the customer's needs - Verify the configured car and ensure all needed features are integrated - Prepare the offer of purchase and close the deal - Reconfirm the customer's purchase decision - Negotiate the terms of the purchasing contract - Offer financial services products to the customer - Generate calculations and ensure correctness of customer orders/contracts - Coordinate vehicle delivery/handover - Organize and perform the delivery/handover - Introduce the Service Advisor to the customer - Maintain contact with existing customers through meetings, emails, and phone calls - Consult existing customers through various approaches such as direct contact, telephone marketing, customer approach, and event marketing - Contact customers according to the customer care loop Qualification Required: - Experience in sales and customer service roles - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills - Knowledge of financial services products related to automotive sales - Proven track record in achieving sales targets - Customer-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships - Proficiency in maintaining detailed records and following up with customers,
