As a Sales Representative at Masters Secret in the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant & Caf) Division in Ernakulam, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with HoReCa clients. Your main responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with HoReCa clients including hotels, restaurants, and cafs. - Conducting field visits (20 days a month) to manage orders and nurture client trust. - Identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into long-term partnerships. - Achieving monthly sales targets with a limited and focused client portfolio. - Providing consistent post-sales support and gathering client feedback. To excel in this role, you are required to meet the following qualifications: - Prior experience in sales or field marketing is preferred. - Strong communication and negotiation abilities. - Interest or background in the HoReCa sector is an advantage. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in approach. - Must own a smartphone for communication and reporting.
