Sales Consultant

Masters Secret is hiring Sales Representatives for our HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant & Café) Division in Ernakulam.

office Location: Majummal, Ernakulam  

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 plus attractive incentives  

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with HoReCa clients including hotels, restaurants, and cafés  

• Conduct field visits (20 days a month) to manage orders and nurture client trust  

• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships  

• Achieve monthly sales targets with a limited and focused client portfolio  

• Provide consistent post-sales support and gather client feedback  

Candidate Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales or field marketing preferred  

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities  

• Interest or background in the HoReCa sector is an advantage  

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in approach  

• Must own a smartphone for communication and reporting
