Salary range: Rs 300000 - Rs 400000 (ie INR 3-4 LPA)

Requirements

What You'll Do

Conduct video consultations with clients to understand their needs.
Recommend personalized wellness plans based on customer profiles.
Handle objections and close sales through consultative conversations.
Resolve client queries with empathy and professionalism.
Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

What You'll Bring

Minimum 2 years of experience in core sales (inside/telesales preferred).
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach.
Experience using CRM systems is preferred.
Background in life sciences or healthcare is an added advantage.
