Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will play a key role in strengthening Ambar Group's brand presence and supporting business growth across automotive, off-highway, heavy engineering, and export markets. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a B2B manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement B2B marketing and branding strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives
• Build and manage the company's digital presence, including LinkedIn, website content, company profiles, brochures, and presentations
• Support sales and business development teams with pitch decks, customer presentations, capability statements, and market intelligence
• Drive lead generation and customer outreach initiatives targeting OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and global customers
• Coordinate participation in exhibitions, trade fairs, customer visits, and industry events
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to support strategic decision-making
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels
• Work closely with senior management to support strategic initiatives and long-term brand positioning

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value propositions
• Hands-on approach with a strategic mindset
• Exposure to OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, or export markets will be an added advantage
