Description At Amazon we are building an excellent last mile operation in India, significantly complimented by Amazon Flex and I have Space channels. Amazon Flex works directly with independent contractors (IC) – called delivery partners (DP) – to make deliveries to our customers. With Amazon Flex, partners are their own bosses - they can build their own schedules and choose from different types of opportunities (scheduled-ahead blocks, instant offers), all while making great earnings. I Have Space (IHS) works with Local Kirana stores who deliver shipments in their free time on behalf of Amazon in their catchment locations. Both these programs are powered by mobile app, that works with our advanced systems, allowing partners to sign in, check out and more. In this role, you will be a part of marketing team working on enabling partners to get onboarded at a faster pace and ensuring all onboarded partners start working with Amazon. You will also be closely working with 3P partners to facilitate the onboarding workflow for partners. Key job responsibilities Define, design, launch and manage programs in India, within Amazon Flex & I.H.S – primarily hyperlocal, and on-demand business lines Gather requirements and conceptualize a product and program solutions to solve business problems, sustainably. Work with key stakeholders across various functions to define, launch and drive programs - Will work as the bridge between operations and support teams like business operations teams, product teams, field operations. Will positively impact the operating cost through technology and process interventions - Will rely on influence (over authority) to align multiple WW and IN stake holders, to drive complex, medium to large projects. S/he will build the right scale mechanisms in a highly ambiguous environment, balancing between quality and pace of execution, with right framework to protect large business goals. Interact with senior IN and WW leaders, in discussions and through well written narratives - Launch and expand the program as per Amazon’s requirements while being responsible for all customer satisfaction, performance related metrics. A day in the life The key daily activities include Track key performance metrics (Working DPs/stores at site level, Onboarding TAT, Track funnel) Work with stakeholders (Ops, 3P vendors) and provide interventions on creating a pool of stores/ DPs Influence without authority various stakeholders- From Ops to LM leaders Basic Qualifications 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion Preferred Qualifications Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
