Marketing Manager (Digital Marketing & Client Projects)

Job Overview

We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our internal marketing efforts and manage digital marketing projects for our clients. The ideal candidate will be an expert in marketing fundamentals, campaign execution, automation workflows, and client communication, with proven experience in managing both internal and client-facing marketing activities.

This is a dual-role position: while one part focuses on scaling Aitrich’s brand and lead generation engine, the other is oriented towards planning, executing, and delivering results for client marketing projects (mainly in digital marketing, branding, and campaign strategy).

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies focused on brand visibility, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Design campaigns tailored to customer journeys across funnel stages.
  • Build and maintain an annual/monthly marketing calendar covering internal and client marketing initiatives (digital, content, events, and partnerships).
  • Translate business goals into actionable marketing plans for both Aitrich and its clients.

Digital Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and content marketing campaigns for Aitrich and client projects.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of digital assets: blogs, landing pages, social media content, email sequences, reels, and ad creatives.
  • Optimize campaigns based on KPIs like CTR, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates.

Client Project Management (Customer Marketing Services)

  • Manage digital marketing projects for clients across industries – from onboarding and requirement gathering to campaign delivery and reporting.
  • Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for client interactions, status updates, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure delivery of measurable outcomes and client satisfaction through timely execution, reporting, and optimization.
  • Coordinate with internal design, development, and content teams to deliver client-specific marketing outputs.

Marketing Automation & CRM

  • Design and manage automation workflows for lead nurturing and customer journeys.
  • Manage segmentation and targeting using tools like Zoho, Mailchimp, and Bigin (or client-preferred platforms).
  • Ensure seamless alignment between marketing and sales teams (internal and client-side) using CRM data.

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Manage and mentor a team of internal marketers and external freelancers (designers, writers, videographers).
  • Collaborate across departments (sales, tech, training) to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Plan and support offline marketing activities including webinars, campus drives, bootcamps, and workshops.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, ad dashboards, and CRM reports.
  • Generate detailed marketing performance reports (monthly/quarterly) for internal and client campaigns.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor benchmarking for both Aitrich and client campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in EdTech, software services, digital marketing agencies, or IT training domains.
  • Proven track record of managing digital marketing campaigns and client projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM/marketing automation tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a flair for client interactions and team management.

Preferred Qualities

  • Leadership mindset with the ability to handle cross-functional and cross-client teams.
  • Strong project management and communication skills for handling external client projects.
  • Creative thinker with strategic and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with Kerala’s market trends and audience behavior.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
