Our mission is to create 10,000 product and tech leaders within five years, and we are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who will play a critical role in driving admissions and revenue growth

Who We Are Looking For:

  • A 360-degree marketer with

    7–8 years

    of experience driving measurable business results.
  • Strong

    revenue accountability

    and a proven track record of impacting admissions, sales, or business growth.
  • Hands-on experience across

    acquisition, organic growth, retention, content, paid campaigns, and analytics

    .
  • Comfortable

    experimenting, scaling campaigns,

    and

    optimizing strategies

    across multiple channels.
  • Data-driven

    , strategic, and collaborative, able to influence cross-functional teams and deliver measurable outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies that directly drive revenue growth and admissions.
  • Lead acquisition campaigns across paid and organic channels, including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO, content, and partnerships.
  • Build and scale organic growth engines through content, communities, and AI-driven discoverability initiatives.
  • Design lead reactivation campaigns to revive dormant prospects and accelerate conversions.
  • Analyze campaign and funnel performance to optimize CAC, LTV, and overall ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to align initiatives with revenue targets.
  • Test and scale innovative marketing strategies to shorten sales cycles and maximize impact.



Qualifications:

  • 7–8 years of experience in digital marketing with a

    strong focus on revenue and results

    .
  • Proven expertise in

    full-funnel marketing

    : acquisition, retention, content, organic, paid, and community-led growth.
  • Experience optimizing

    CAC, LTV, conversion rates

    , and other revenue metrics.
  • Strong analytics skills with experience using tools like GA4, Clarity, HubSpot, Mixpanel, or equivalent.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Creative, experimental, and able to scale successful campaigns across multiple channels.
