Website: productleadership.com Job Title: Sales Development Representative Location: Bangalore (Onsite) Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive lead generation, reactivation, and outreach activities. A key part of this role will be to reactivate dormant leads and conduct cold outreach to drive registrations for our programs, events, webinars, and workshops. You will also play a vital role in qualifying prospects and building a strong pipeline for the sales team. Key Responsibilities Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn Proactively reactivate old leads and past participants to encourage re-engagement and event attendance Promote and inform leads about upcoming events, webinars, or workshops, and convert outreach into confirmed registrations Manage inbound inquiries and qualify them based on predefined criteria Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts, follow-ups, and engagement in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Leadsquared) Work closely with marketing to align messaging and outreach for specific events or campaigns Consistently meet and exceed weekly KPIs: number of calls made, emails sent, leads reactivated, and event registrations secured Schedule qualified meetings or demos for the sales or partnerships team Provide feedback on market trends and customer responses to outreach efforts Qualifications 0-3 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development Prior experience in executive education , edtech , professional training , or similar industries is a strong plus Familiarity with higher education admissions or B2C/B2B lead nurturing processes Strong verbal communication skills and confidence in making high-volume cold calls Demonstrated ability to revive inactive leads and drive conversions Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up habits Comfortable using CRM tools and outreach platforms Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
