Role Overview

Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

strong focus on the US/North America market


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute ABM programs targeting strategic accounts – from account selection to personalized campaign orchestration.
  • Manage end-to-end paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other digital channels – from setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, to performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to create engaging ad creatives, landing pages, and nurture flows tailored to target accounts.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to maximize ROI.
  • Own campaign reporting – track KPIs such as CTR, CPL, pipeline influenced, and revenue attribution.
  • Stay updated on latest MarTech, AdTech, and ABM trends to continuously improve strategies.


What We’re Looking For

  • 4–8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with hands-on expertise in ABM and performance marketing.
  • Proven experience running campaigns for the US/North America market

    – understanding of audience behavior, messaging nuances, and channel dynamics.
  • Strong command over LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads platforms.
  • Proven track record of running campaigns that deliver measurable results (leads, MQLs, pipeline influence).
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using campaign dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exposure to MarTech tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase, 6sense, etc.) is a plus.
