Meet regularly with architects, interior designers, fabricators, and builders to secure specifications and influence decision-making. Track specifications through a structured monitoring system and ensure successful conversion through to job completion. Deliver accurate quarterly, half-yearly, and annual forecasts and develop detailed account plans. Liaise with the retail supply chain team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery. Qualifications and Experience: MBA/PGDBM in Sales and Marketing 8–12 years of experience in business development, project sales, and specifications Proven ability to drive specifications in premium product categories Strong network within the A&D community and familiarity with project-based selling Maximum Salary Budget: Up to 21 LPA + Incentives + Variable Pay Experience Requirement: Minimum 2 years of stable tenure in an organization.
