Market Development Manager

As a Marketing Manager in the region, your primary role involves managing and developing marketing strategies. You will play a significant role in finalizing plans and budgets, as well as providing inputs for ATL and BTL activities. Your responsibilities include: - Driving regional brand marketing activities and supporting their execution. - Creating proposals for trade marketing activities and presenting them to the Region and HO team. - Tracking the performance of each activity and submitting reports to the region and HO team. - Monitoring budget utilization within the region. - Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Regional Sales, HO Brand, and Trade Marketing. - Identifying new opportunities for branding and trade marketing initiatives. - Supporting the region team and conducting market visits to understand requirements. - Ensuring the availability of marketing materials in the market by leading the geography expansion strategy for the portfolio. Key Challenges in Achieving Goals: - Understanding and knowledge of the alcoholic beverage industry. - Sensitivity to the highly regulated industry. - Process orientation to ensure adherence to internal and global processes. Qualifications and Experience: - MBA in Marketing. - Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Manager, with at least 6+ years in core brand marketing.,
