Market Development Manager

Primary Purpose of Role

Marketing Management & Development in the Region

Key Decision Making in this Role:

Plans/Budget: Plays a key role in finalising & giving inputs to marketing Lead Execution of ATL & BTL Activities in the Region / State / City

Sponsorships of regional activities

Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities

To drive regional brand marketing activities & support on execution.

Create proposal to Region and HO team for trade marketing activities.

Track performance on each activity and submit report to region and HO team.

Keep track of budget utilization of the region.

Interact closely with cross functions Finance, Regional Sales team, HO Brand & Trade marketing team.

Look out for new initiate opportunity for branding and trade marketing executions.

Support region team and visit various markets to understand requirements and support

Play a key role in ensuring marketing materials availability in market by championing & leading the geography expansion strategy for the portfolio

Understanding / knowledge of alcoholic beverage industry Sensitivity to highly regulated industry

Process orientation to ensure internal / global processes are followed

Qualifications/ Memberships:

MBA in Marketing

Experience:

Manager: 8+ yrs with alteast 6+ years in core brand marketing
