Market Development Manager

Role Overview: As a Market Development Manager for Infotree Global Solutions supporting a global leader in ophthalmic medical technology, your primary responsibility will be to drive the adoption of glaucoma surgical technologies across private hospitals in India. This is a field-based, individual contributor role where you will be tasked with training and educating hospital staff, overcoming access and reimbursement barriers, providing economic and value insights to support sales, and building relationships with hospital insurance teams, surgeons, and decision-makers. Collaboration with Market Access, Sales, and Distributor teams will also be key to your success in this role.
