If you're a Workday expert with a passion for building robust integrations and driving impactful reporting, this is your opportunity to work with global stakeholders and influence enterprise-scale HR & Finance systems. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and implement Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services, Workday Connectors, and related tools. Develop advanced Workday reports (Composite, Matrix, custom) and dynamic dashboards. Optimize existing integrations and reporting solutions for performance and clarity. Validate data accuracy and ensure integrity across Workday systems. Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements. Guide the team with best practices, documentation, and support. Support integration enhancements and troubleshooting with minimal disruption. ✅ Qualifications: 7+ years of hands-on experience in Workday integrations and reporting. Strong working knowledge of modules like Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, and Time Tracking. Expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, RaaS, Core Connectors, and XSLT. Proficient in Calculated Fields and Security Administration in Workday. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
