Roles and Responsibilities Generate sales leads through field work, visiting auto parts shops, garages, and other relevant outlets. Develop new markets by identifying potential customers and building relationships with them. Meet monthly targets set for each market area assigned. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and sales performance. Conduct market surveys to identify competition and new opportunities. Prepare and maintain sales reports, daily client visits, and collection follow-ups. Desired Candidate Profile 2-4 years of experience in sales or marketing in the automobile industry. Strong understanding of tyres, retreading processes, rubber products, and related industries. Excellent communication and negotiation skills; target-oriented mindset required. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., B.B.A/ B.M.S in Marketing Management).
