Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Executive with over 4- 6 years of experience in B2B lead generation within the IT services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, executing targeted outreach campaigns, and driving qualified leads into the sales funnel. You’ll play a crucial role in accelerating our customer acquisition efforts and work closely with cross-functional teams to align lead generation strategies with business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and establish the end-to-end lead generation process, including strategy, tools, workflows, qualification criteria, and performance tracking.
  • Hands-on use of platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, and similar tools to identify, research, and qualify leads.
  • Evaluate, test, and recommend the right set of tools and platforms to enhance lead generation efficiency.
  • Develop and execute effective cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate high-quality leads in the US or Middle East markets.
  • Maintain, update, and manage lead information in CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent platforms.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to define and refine lead qualification criteria.
  • Generate appointments and demos for the sales team with sales-ready prospects.
  • Contribute to strategy sessions by conducting competitor and market research to identify new business opportunities and refine outreach.
  • Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, direct outreach) to nurture leads.
  • Track key campaign metrics and optimize performance using data-driven insights.
  • Maintain an accurate and organized lead database.
  • Work closely with the product and solution teams to stay updated on offerings that attract prospects.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4- 6 years of hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in IT services or tech startups.
  • Proven expertise in outbound lead generation techniques and tools.
  • Proficient in using CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sound understanding of technical service offerings and ability to convey value propositions effectively.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in generating leads across international markets—particularly US, Middle East and MENA Region.
  • Prior exposure to end-to-end outreach campaign management.
  • Familiarity with basic digital marketing concepts, including email nurturing, landing pages, and performance analytics.
  • Exposure to startups or mid-sized IT organizations is a strong plus.
