Conduct on-ground marketing activities such as events, BTL campaigns, promotions, and activations to generate leads.
Identify and approach potential customers in targeted areas and markets.
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Manage and optimize campaigns for lead generation and ROI improvement.
Handle SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing to enhance brand visibility.
Maintain accurate records of leads generated from both online and offline sources.
Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools).
Ability to plan and execute on-ground marketing activities.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
Number of qualified leads generated per month.
ROI on digital marketing campaigns.
Engagement and conversion rate from field marketing activities.
