Role Overview

Marketing Head

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Marketing & Planning

  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies for all projects.
  • Strengthen the brand positioning of the company across Bangalore.
  • Build marketing roadmaps aligned with sales and business goals.

2. Project Launch Management

  • Plan and execute 360 marketing campaigns for new project launches.
  • Oversee creative direction, brochures, project videos, site branding & hoardings.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with sales, design, and CRM teams.

3. Digital Marketing Leadership

  • Drive online lead generation through Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, landing pages, and paid campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance and optimize for ROI-driven outcomes.
  • Manage digital marketing agencies and performance dashboards.

4. Offline Marketing & Branding

  • Plan print ads, hoardings, radio, roadshows, and real estate event participation.
  • Manage all offline branding touchpoints and ensure brand consistency.
  • Oversee project-level branding materials, signage, and creative assets.

5. Market Research & Analytics

  • Conduct competitor analysis, pricing research, customer insight studies.
  • Present monthly marketing performance reports to senior management.
  • Recommend strategic adjustments based on market trends.

6. Budgeting & Vendor Management

  • Create and manage annual/quarterly marketing budgets.
  • Approve and track spend across digital, offline, and vendor channels.
  • Manage relationships with creative agencies, digital partners, and vendors.

7. Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team (digital, creative, on-ground).
  • Build a high-performance marketing culture focused on results.
  • Ensure interdepartmental communication with sales, CRM, and engineering.

Candidate Requirements

  • 10–15 years

    of experience in marketing, with at least

    5 years in leadership roles

    .
  • Real estate industry experience is mandatory

    (plotted/residential preferred).
  • Strong expertise in

    digital marketing

    and

    offline campaigns

    .
  • Proven record in

    project launches

    , brand management, and customer acquisition.
  • Ability to manage teams, agencies, budgets, and high-pressure timelines.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and analytical abilities.
  • Experience in Bangalore real estate market is a strong advantage.
