We create eco-friendly, biodegradable oral care and wellness products that are Good for People, Good for the Planet. As we scale nationally and internationally, we are looking for a strategic and dynamic Marketing Head to lead our brand into the next phase of growth. Role SummaryAs Marketing Head, you will be responsible for building Valar Life into a household name. You will lead our marketing strategy, brand communication, product positioning, and customer engagement across B2C, B2B, and digital channels. You’ll oversee internal teams and external partners, driving campaigns that boost brand equity, drive sales, and deepen customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy: Define and execute the overall marketing strategy across product lines (e.g., bamboo toothbrushes, functional toothpastes, etc.). Campaign Leadership: Lead high-impact campaigns across digital, print, influencer, and retail platforms. Team Management: Build and manage a lean internal marketing team and coordinate with freelancers or agencies. Retail Marketing: Create POS strategies, in-store visibility, and consumer education for offline retail and pharmacy channels. Market Expansion: Strategize regional and international market penetration. Ideal Candidate 5+ years in marketing, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role Proven track record in FMCG / wellness / D2C brands Strong grasp of digital marketing tools, performance metrics, and growth funnels Passionate about sustainability, wellness, and purpose-led branding Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
