Assist in scheduling classes, meetings, and training sessions. Support the admission process by coordinating with prospective students and parents. Manage office supplies, inventories, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Prepare and maintain reports, letters, and other administrative documents. Coordinate with faculty, trainers, and management for institutional activities. Assist in organizing events, workshops, and student engagement programs. Provide general administrative support to the management team. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field. Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role (preferred). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Strong organizational and time management skills.
