Key Responsibilities:

• Handle front office duties including greeting visitors, answering calls, and responding to inquiries.
• Maintain student records, attendance, and documentation.
• Assist in scheduling classes, meetings, and training sessions.
• Support the admission process by coordinating with prospective students and parents.
• Manage office supplies, inventories, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Prepare and maintain reports, letters, and other administrative documents.
• Coordinate with faculty, trainers, and management for institutional activities.
• Assist in organizing events, workshops, and student engagement programs.
• Provide general administrative support to the management team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role (preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
