Marketing Head



Key Responsibilities


  • Own and lead the

    entire marketing function

    , including

    lead generation

    ,

    brand visibility

    , and

    market positioning

  • Design and run full-funnel digital campaigns using

    LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Email, and Content Marketing

  • Collaborate closely with

    Sales and Product teams

    to align GTM strategies, messaging, and funnel conversion
  • Drive key performance metrics:

    MQLs, SQLs, CAC, pipeline contribution

    , and overall ROI
  • Build and manage an internal marketing team and coordinate with external vendors or agencies
  • Research and explore new market opportunities within

    telecom and AI-driven B2B solutions

  • Lead event planning and participation including

    webinars, conferences, expos

    , etc.
  • Craft compelling messaging tailored to

    technical decision-makers

    in the communication and AI space



Must-Have Requirements


  • 3–8 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing

    , especially focused on

    lead generation and funnel optimization

  • Prior

    hands-on experience in the telecommunication domain

    is

    mandatory

  • Familiarity or experience with

    SAF Communications

    or related frameworks (please specify the exact SAF meaning when available)
  • Strong working knowledge of tools like:

  • HubSpot, Salesforce

    (CRM & marketing automation)
  • GA4 (Google Analytics)

    for web and campaign insights
  • SEO tools

    such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest
  • Paid ads platforms

    : LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads
  • Email marketing & webinar platforms

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead a small but effective team
