Role Overview:

Marketing & Growth Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing and growth strategies across digital, referral, and on-ground channels.
• Identify and implement scalable user acquisition tactics for both clients and gig workers.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to optimize user funnels and retention journeys.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and audience analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Plan and manage city-level marketing campaigns, events, and brand activations.
• Build and maintain partnerships with societies, local communities, and aligned brands.
• Track campaign performance, analyze metrics (CAC, retention, LTV, ROI), and generate actionable insights.
• Support leadership in planning quarterly growth roadmaps and business reviews.
• Experiment with new marketing formats, influencer collaborations, and referral programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance campaigns, and user analytics.
• Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or equivalent marketing tools.
• A passion for scaling impactful brands and understanding consumer behavior.
