Marketing Expert

Job description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a content strategist. He/she will be responsible for creating and managing social media content, running social media marketing campaigns, communication, writing, and digital marketing. Also responsible for implementing creative marketing strategies and collaborating with design and sales teams.

Responsibility-

• Design and implement a social media strategy to align with the business goals with third party marketing agency as coordination required
• Work closely with the respective spots to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve desired goals, candidates will bridge all the gaps and build the communities of their assigned missions.
• Monitor social media conversation rates, web traffic metrics and SEO rankings. Regular reporting to deliver insights and actionable recommendations with marketing agency and get reports from them.
• Stay up-to-date with their latest trends in social media, design tools, and applications and develop a monthly plan and write ideas for out of the box marketing that will be submitted to the management and related team.

Management responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage. (Followers page research, event planning & execution - every month etc.)
• Manage print contractors and other promotional vendors, add new contacts & rate negotiation (traditional Marketing- Pamphlets, Broacher, Banners, Stall designs, Franchise Boards, Wall Stickers, etc.) from inhouse Graphic designer and printing vendor coordination.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Export related stationery, event materials, and exhibition related purchase, maintain records, collection of pictures, participate in all events activities, and post it on Social Media for brand visibility.
• Prepare all invoice related to marketing in tally software.
• Relaying information between upper management and department employees regarding budgets and daily procedures, overseeing the implementation of marketing strategies campaigns to promote business products and services.
• Investment V/S Results and Reach to customers reports making & send it to CEO. (by collecting reports from agency and accounts team)
• On filed market survey to know other competitors schemes, offers, festival/ seasonal gifts, or any other margins offers and discuss with Sales Team for better sales and improvement.

Desired skills:

• Excellent knowledge of social media channels, tools and platforms.
• Good written and verbal communication and collaboration skills to clearly deliver their ideas and directions to colleagues and related members.
• Multitasking, good leadership and problem-solving skill.
• Must be able to proofread related language's content effectively including grammatical errors, with any tools and chat GPT (if learned a plus point)
• Humble and kind enough to coordinate with all departments and staff members

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
