Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Executive to strengthen WRP Solution’s digital presence and generate qualified leads. The role involves planning digital campaigns, creating engaging content, and optimizing SEO/SEM performance to support business growth. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with pipeline goals and elevate our brand in the B2B space.

This role is open to both experienced professionals (0–3 years) and fresh graduates with strong communication and digital marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and web channels.
• Create and manage content such as blogs, case studies, brochures, and landing pages.
• Optimize website performance with SEO, SEM, and keyword targeting.
• Run email automation and lead nurturing campaigns.
• Manage social media presence, with a focus on LinkedIn for B2B engagement.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Metabase, and CRM dashboards.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing aligns with business development goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
• Experience: 0–3 years in digital or B2B marketing (freshers with strong digital skills are encouraged to apply).
• Strong writing and content creation skills (English; Gujarati/Hindi a plus).
• Familiarity with Canva, Mailchimp/Zoho Campaigns, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
• Understanding of marketing automation, CRM integration, and lead generation strategies.
• Ability to translate technical IT/ERP solutions into clear, benefit-driven content.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
