Automation & Integration Developer

We are looking for a passionate Automation & Integration Developer to join our team in Surat (Mota Varachha). In this role, you will help SMEs in retail, logistics, and other industries digitize, automate, and scale efficiently.

This is not just about writing code — it’s about connecting platforms, building smart automations, and delivering scalable solutions that save time, reduce costs, and accelerate growth.

You will work across automation platforms (Zapier, n8n, Make, Zoho, Odoo, HubSpot, ERPNext) and our custom development stack (React, Node.js, Postgres) to create seamless integrations tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect SaaS platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Odoo/ERPNext, Shopify, Samcart, WhatsApp APIs) with custom-built applications.
• Design and build no-code/low-code automations using Zapier, n8n, or Make (Integromat).
• Automate business processes such as order syncing, invoicing, customer communication, and reporting.
• Integrate APIs and third-party applications to optimize business operations.
• Collaborate with the development team on Node.js and React.js projects.
• Translate client requirements into effective automation and integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain automation workflows for smooth operations.
• Work with ERP/CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, Odoo/ERPNext) to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with WhatsApp Business APIs (Twilio, Gupshup, etc.).
• E-commerce integrations: Shopify, WooCommerce, Samcart.
• Basic DevOps knowledge (Docker, GitHub Actions, CI/CD).
• Exposure to AI-driven APIs (chatbots, recommendation engines, workflow optimizers).

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in automation or software development.
• Knowledge of n8n and Zapier automation platforms.
• Basic understanding of Node.js and React.js.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools.
• Knowledge of Zoho, Odoo, HubSpot (preferred).
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
