Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning & Campaign Execution: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to shape marketing tactics. Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition: Identify potential markets and customer segments. Work closely with the sales team to generate quality leads. Digital Marketing: Manage content for social media, email campaigns, and websites. Run and monitor paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on analytics. Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials. Coordinate with designers, vendors, and media partners to maintain brand image. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct surveys, competitor benchmarking, and customer feedback collection. Generate reports to support data-driven decision-making. Event Coordination: Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, product launches, and webinars. Handle event promotion and post-event follow-ups. Content Development: Collaborate in creating marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and case studies. Support blog writing and SEO-driven content creation. CRM & Email Marketing: Manage and update customer databases. Create email marketing campaigns for retention and engagement. Budget Management: Monitor the marketing budget and ensure campaigns deliver ROI. Evaluate vendor costs and seek cost-effective solutions. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product, and customer service. Provide insights from customer interactions and campaign performance.
