<Responsibilities>

• Develop and execute comprehensive multichannel marketing campaigns that incorporate digital marketing, social media marketing, print advertising, and email marketing strategies.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords to maximize ROI.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
• Oversee content marketing initiatives, including copywriting for blogs, product descriptions, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and enhance customer engagement.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and uncover new opportunities for growth.
• Manage the company’s e-commerce platforms and maintain WordPress websites with basic HTML skills for updates and improvements.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools; prepare reports to inform future strategies.
• Collaborate with product management teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and updates.
• Coordinate print advertising efforts and oversee creative development using Adobe Creative Suite tools.
• Support sales initiatives by developing persuasive sales collateral and assisting in advertising sales efforts.
• Monitor budgets for various campaigns ensuring effective allocation of resources while tracking key performance indicators.

<Requirements>

• Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, B2B marketing, performance marketing, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of SEO techniques, social media platforms, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing tools.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress CMS platform, HTML basics, and marketing automation software.
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging messages tailored to target audiences.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online advertising strategies.
• Ability to conduct thorough research to inform campaign planning and optimization efforts.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making; comfortable interpreting complex metrics.
