Role & responsibilities Call and engage with leads received from various sources such as online listings, hoardings, advertisements, and references. Maintain lead database and update the status of every lead in a systematic manner. Provide project details such as unit configuration, price range, and location to interested customers. Schedule and coordinate site visits for prospective buyers. Follow up with customers post site visit and assist in the conversion process. Coordinate with the sales team for closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction. Travel to project site locations as required for client meetings or coordination. Preferred candidate profile Female candidate with 13 years of relevant experience in real estate pre-sales or telemarketing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, confident, and passionate about customer interaction. Proficiency in English, Hindi and Kannada languages preferred. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
