Key Responsibilities

• Identify and explore new market segments to increase sales opportunities
  
• Conduct daily visits to clients, contractors, and government officials
  
• Promote company products, services, and schemes effectively
  
• Travel to different branches across Maharashtra for training and sales support
  
• Represent the company in exhibitions, events, and workshops
  
• Share marketing materials such as brochures, diaries, and flyers during visits
  
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and support
  
• Handle client concerns with timely and tailored solutions
  
• Report daily activities via WhatsApp and update the Marketing Manager
  
• Ensure alignment with the company's professional conduct and dress code
  

Candidate Profile

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
  
• 15 years of relevant experience in marketing, field sales, or client interaction
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities
  
• Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra
  
• Must own a

  two-wheeler and smartphone
