Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Marketing Hub, ensuring teams have access to updated template, guides, and branded resources
• Design professional, on-brand PowerPoint presentations for leadership updates, pitches, and tenders
• Support the preparation and communication of company-wide updates, ensuring a consistent voice across all regions
• Update blogs, job posts, and news on company websites with accurate, brand-aligned content
• Oversee job board administration, from posting roles to tracking performance and ensuring brand consistency
• Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for internal comms, presentations, and marketing collateral
• Create templated brand assets such as social graphics, internal visuals, and email signatures
• Assist with automation campaigns and marketing initiatives when needed
• Coordinate branded merchandise requests and liaise with suppliers

Requirements

• 2–4 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role
• Strong PowerPoint skills with a flair for polished, professional presentation design
• Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills with attention to tone and grammar
• Highly organised, adaptable, and confident handling multiple projects at once
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across global teams

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and job boards
• Experience with marketing automation tools
• Basic design knowledge in Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Previous experience in a multi-brand or international organisation
