We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive US Administrator to support our US operations. This role offers plenty of ownership and variety, perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, communication, and precision in a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle candidate compliance: RTW checks, insurances, background checks, and references
• Issue and update client and candidate contracts
• Maintain the Admin Inbox and ensure data accuracy across systems
• Support onboarding and documentation for US candidates
• Coordinate travel arrangements and general administrative tasks
• Assist with reporting, process improvements, and team goals

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in administration or a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Strong organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with compliance processes or recruitment operations
• Experience working with international teams or clients
• Exposure to CRM or timesheet systems
