As a US Administrator at PRG, you will play a crucial role in supporting our US operations with a focus on compliance, contracts, and operational support. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment will be essential for success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle candidate compliance including RTW checks, insurances, background checks, and references. - Issue and update client and candidate contracts. - Maintain the Admin Inbox and ensure data accuracy across systems. - Support onboarding and documentation for US candidates. - Coordinate travel arrangements and general administrative tasks. - Assist with reporting, process improvements, and team goals. **Qualifications Required:** - 1+ year of experience in administration or a similar role. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams. - Strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail. - Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
