Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to support our Senior Social Media Manager in building Finvision’s digital brand. The ideal candidate is someone who can shoot, edit, and plan short-form video content (primarily Instagram Reels), assist in campaign execution, and write engaging content related to personal finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Support: Work closely with the Senior Social Media Manager to implement content calendars, campaign strategies, and engagement plans across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
• Reel Production: Plan, shoot, and edit Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts using trending formats and hooks relevant to the finance industry.
• Content Writing: Write concise and engaging captions, post copies, and finance-related content (blogs, scripts, carousel posts, etc.) in simple and relatable language.
• Coordination: Assist in coordinating with design, video, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely publishing of content.
• Research & Trends: Stay updated with current social media trends, finance news, and best practices to make content relevant and viral-ready.
• Reporting: Prepare weekly performance reports for content and social channels under the guidance of the senior manager.

Required Skills

• Basic video shooting and editing skills (using tools like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
• Strong writing skills with a flair for simplifying financial concepts
• Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn algorithms
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive, organized, and deadline-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or related fields
• Prior internship or freelance experience in content creation or social media (Finance domain preferred, not mandatory)
• Knowledge of Canva, basic design tools, and Google Sheets
