Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to support our Senior Social Media Manager in building Finvision’s digital brand. The ideal candidate is someone who can shoot, edit, and plan short-form video content (primarily Instagram Reels), assist in campaign execution, and write engaging content related to personal finance. Key Responsibilities Social Media Support: Work closely with the Senior Social Media Manager to implement content calendars, campaign strategies, and engagement plans across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. Reel Production: Plan, shoot, and edit Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts using trending formats and hooks relevant to the finance industry. Content Writing: Write concise and engaging captions, post copies, and finance-related content (blogs, scripts, carousel posts, etc.) in simple and relatable language. Coordination: Assist in coordinating with design, video, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely publishing of content. Research & Trends: Stay updated with current social media trends, finance news, and best practices to make content relevant and viral-ready. Reporting: Prepare weekly performance reports for content and social channels under the guidance of the senior manager. Required Skills Basic video shooting and editing skills (using tools like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, etc.) Strong writing skills with a flair for simplifying financial concepts Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn algorithms Good communication and teamwork skills Proactive, organized, and deadline-oriented Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or related fields Prior internship or freelance experience in content creation or social media (Finance domain preferred, not mandatory) Knowledge of Canva, basic design tools, and Google Sheets Why Join Us? Position: Financial Planner Location: Dwarka, New Delhi Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Saturday (2nd & 3rd Saturday Off) About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Financial Planner to join our growing team at Finvision Financial Services, a fast-emerging fintech firm serving primarily Armed Forces officers, their families, and select HNIs. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about financial planning, enjoys building strong client relationships, and wants to make a meaningful impact in people’s financial journeys. You will be responsible for creating personalized financial plans, guiding clients across investments, taxation, insurance, and retirement planning, while also supporting the firm’s broader advisory initiatives. Objectives of the Role Prepare and deliver customized financial plans for clients, keeping in mind their goals, life stage, and risk appetite. Provide sound investment advice and strategies across products such as Mutual Funds, Equity, PMS, Bonds, and Fixed Income Instruments. Help clients with comprehensive financial well-being, including insurance planning, retirement planning, loan optimization, and tax-efficient solutions. Acquire, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with retail, HNI, and Ultra-HNI clients. Ensure retention of clients through process-driven service and proactive engagement. Contribute to developing standard practices, tools, and templates for financial plans and portfolios. Stay updated with market trends and economic developments to offer relevant and timely advice. Roles & Responsibilities Draft and present detailed financial plans tailored to individual client needs. Manage day-to-day client queries and ensure smooth office operations. Track and analyze client portfolios, generate reports, and monitor KPIs. Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide periodic updates to clients. Actively participate in team-building initiatives and ensure positive client engagement. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field. 1–2 years of experience in investment advisory, financial planning, or portfolio management. Strong knowledge of mutual funds, insurance, equity markets, and personal finance. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts in simple, client-friendly language. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and client trust-building ability. Preferred Qualifications Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Qualified Personal Finance Professional (QPFP).
