Key Responsibilities:


  • Create detailed client proposals, strategy decks, and supporting documentation for the Sales and Growth teams.
  • Collaborate with internal SEO and Ads teams to assist with R&D projects, marketing audits, and competitive research.
  • Develop and maintain RankFast’s marketing portfolio and client case studies, ensuring they’re up-to-date, data-backed, and presentation-ready.
  • Create and document SOPs across departments to improve internal workflows and process standardization.
  • Build automated systems and dashboards (via Google Sheets, Zapier, or Notion) to streamline recurring reporting and audit tasks.
  • Perform website audits for SEO and Ads clients using tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog, and create systems to replicate these in bulk.
  • Support the Sales team during client acquisition - from discovery calls and requirement gathering to onboarding coordination.
  • Take client calls when needed to explain proposals, audits, or marketing systems with clarity and confidence.


Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing operations, strategy, or process roles within an agency.
  • Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to represent RankFast in client calls when required.
  • Good understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads operations and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiarity with automation tools like Zapier or Make.
  • Strong documentation and analytical skills with an eye for process improvement and standardization.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple departments.
