RankFast SEO Company is hiring a Business Development Executive with proven experience in end-to-end sales within a digital marketing agency environment. The ideal candidate understands SEO, PPC, Social Media, Web Design, and Branding services and can confidently pitch these to global clients. This role demands a strong closer who can handle the full sales funnel - from outreach to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities across SEO, Paid Media, Social Media, and Creative Services.
Manage the entire sales cycle including lead generation, discovery calls, proposal creation, negotiation, and client onboarding.
Understand client pain points and recommend suitable service packages or custom solutions that align with their goals.
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth handover and project alignment post-sale.
Track sales metrics and maintain accurate CRM records to forecast pipeline, follow-ups, and deal stages.
Build long-term relationships with prospects and clients to generate referrals and repeat business.
Requirements:
1.5 - 2 years of experience in business development or sales for a digital marketing or creative agency.
Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage a high volume of leads.
