Marketing Event Executive

Role Overview

The Events Executive will support the planning, coordination, and execution of store events and brand activations across regions. The role involves close coordination with internal teams, vendors, and store staff to ensure seamless on-ground execution aligned with Ajmal Perfumes’ brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of in-store events, brand launches, festive activations, and promotional campaigns across regions
• Coordinate with vendors for event setup, fabrication, branding materials, logistics, and manpower
• Liaise with regional retail teams and store staff to ensure smooth on-ground execution
• Ensure timely setup, execution, and dismantling of event-related assets
• Monitor event quality, brand visibility, and adherence to brand guidelines
• Manage event checklists, timelines, and basic documentation
• Support budgeting, vendor quotations, and cost tracking for events
• Handle last-minute troubleshooting during events and ensure smooth execution
• Share post-event reports, feedback, and photographs with the central team

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Mass Communication, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in events, brand activations, retail marketing, or on-ground promotions
• Experience in retail, FMCG, beauty, luxury, or lifestyle brands will be an advantage
