Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Marketing Event Executive for an on-site role based in Mumbai. The Marketing Event Executive will be responsible for planning, organizing and managing events to promote dental implant systems. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, executing event marketing strategies, ensuring event logistics run smoothly and supporting sales activities during events to maximize engagement and reach.

Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution

* Assist in the conceptualization and planning of events, seminars, conferences, and exhibitions.

* Coordinate logistics including venue selection, vendor management, permits, travel arrangements, and technical support.

* Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, branding) to ensure alignment with event objectives.

Marketing Campaign Development

* Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote events.

* Work with designers and content teams to develop collaterals like banners, brochures, and giveaways.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

* Liaise with event organizers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution.

* Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize event budgets.

On-site Event Management

* Represent the organization at events; oversee setup, registration, and attendee management.

* Ensure branding and signage are properly displayed.

Post-event Analysis

* Prepare post-event reports measuring ROI, attendance metrics, engagement, and lead generation.

* Collect and analyse feedback from attendees and stakeholders.

Qualifications

* 2–5 years in events, marketing, or corporate communications

* Excellent communication & coordination skills

* Experience juggling multiple projects with deadlines

* Comfort with MS Office (bonus if you know any event tools!)

* A proactive, go-getter attitude
